Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement

chewy meat outdated room

the pool area was acceptable. the pool itself seemed decently maintained.

I found the food subpar at the buffet. lukewarm temperatures and odd food combinations were common, and the meat was often chewy. drinks took a very long time to arrive in the buffet area. i also found that the rooms were outdated. Patchwork repairs were visible throughout the space.

The breakfast offered many options. The room had great size with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Housekeeping maintained a very clean room. I found the facilities to be of a high standard.

The air conditioning in the room was not quite up to par for a warm climate.

Wonderful Hillside Retreat

aegean view attentive staff comfortable room

The hillside location gives fantastic views of the Aegean Sea! Terrace meals were nice with attentive staff making the experience great. The rooms are modern and very clean plus they are comfortable, with good touches making the stay even better. I found free parking very useful.

I found the music playing at night a little too loud sometimes.

The hotel features a main pool with sun loungers and parasols available plus there is also a smaller, quieter pool located near the spa area. There is a modern gym, with several treadmills and stationary bikes for fitness.

Acceptable but Flawed

dirty toilet constant drain smell

The breakfast had an excellent selection and scenic view, and the staff were friendly.

I found the room wasn't very clean. I found yellow toilets because they were not cleaned well and also smelled drains constantly in the bathroom. The hotel did not supply small water bottles daily, a necessity given the heat.
